I am finding that writing today's blog is very difficult. There really isn't any historical event, notable birth or weird holiday to discuss today, which is where I normally get my inspiration.

I will tell you that I am writing from a different venue. I opened an account with Blogger.com because the format at HandMeDownHaven is becoming a bit cumbersome and archiving is difficult. I hope this page will become easier for you to read and locate.

Valentines Day is over and I hope you all received what you wanted and more. I did not get what I wish for every V-day...a boy. Well, not a boy, a BOY. Someday, My Prince Will Come... Which reminds me...

Yesterday was the 60th anniversary of the release of Disney's Cinderella. I try to create the Cinderella fantasy using my relatives hand me downs that are now stored in boxes, crates and tubs in my garage, attic and basement. If you don't have access to your own hand me downs, I would love to help...
