What was one of your favorite dinners when  you were growing up? Did your family ever have a "Breakfast Night"?

I loved "Breakfast Night".  Once a month or so, Mom would make pancakes or french toast or bacon and eggs. It seemed like a smart thing and special. I still have a "Breakfast Night" ever once in a while. Like last night. Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Toast, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Apples, Walnuts, Milk and Cran-WhiteGrape Juice. Yum, Yum.
